- The TIME-21 face shield is a category II personal protective device pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/425 of 9 March 2016 by the European Parliament and of the Council on personal protective equipment, compliant with UNI EN 166:2004.
- The frame offers protection against liquids (splashes) such as saliva spray and mucus. The device has been designed with increased strength.
- It can be worn over individual protection mask and goggles. It is equipped with an elastic sealing band whose tension can vary through two hooks located at the ends of the support, accompanied by a foam rubber tape with breathable fabric to improve support on the forehead. The face shield is made of PCTA (Copolymer Polyester) which is a transparent and unbreakable acrylic material that has good resistance to chemical agents. It can provide an excellent impact protection. Personal protective equipment for theface and eyes must be chosen on the basis of the risk situations identified by analyzing the activities and methods of work.
- The total weight is only 165 gr. It can be sanitized and reused and it is made with recyclable materials, 100% made in Italy – CE.
